CreativEnergy is privately owned and forms part of The Crea8ive Group (Capital Real Estate Investments Group).  The Crea8ive Group is an innovative provider of structured finance and a direct investor in real estate. Over the last 6 years the team at Crea8ive have originated, invested in, structured or placed in excess of £275m of equity and debt into real estate transactions across London.

The Crea8ive Group was formed by Kevin Cubitt a real estate finance professional, qualified chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor.  Kevin’s experience includes main board director positions at two well known property groups (MacDonald Egan Developments plc and Candy & Candy).  Kevin has been a substantial investor in privately owned European energy companies since 2005.

We invest our own seed equity into deals and leverage our existing relationships to bring in additional funding.  We understand that this is a difficult market to raise funds in.  We believe that traditional approaches to financing renewables projects are ineffective in the current market.  Our approach is Crea8ive and entrepreneurial - we separate the different value pieces of a project and then, using our funds, package these up to the investment groups that place maximum value on these.
